BENEFITS ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!
Benefits Open Enrollment begins on Monday, October 20, 2014, and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014. Open Enrollment is the time to add or remove dependents, change benefit plans, and enroll in Flexrap for 2015. This is also a good time to review and update emergency contact information and beneficiary information. Employees must use eCHRIS Self-Service to make Open Enrollment changes. WORKFORCE PLANNING GUIDE NOW AVAILABLE
HR has developed a workforce planning guide to provide departments with tools and resources to address their unique business needs and staffing challenges. “Workforce Planning Basics – a Guide for City Departments” provides a model for conducting the workforce planning process and includes tools, resources and samples to assist in this effort. Employees in all City departments (except Police and Fire) should submit leave requests through eCHRIS. The Certification for Health Care Provider form has been replaced with two forms. Which form to use is determined by whether your FMLA request will be for you or for a family member. Go to Empl / Supv Services, under the "FMLA Requests" heading, to find these forms.
