Most of us have times in our lives where situations, problems or difficulties affect our personal lives and perhaps our effectiveness on the job. The City understands and encourages you to utilize your Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees and their household members can get professional counseling and work/life services in many areas to include Elder Care. This benefit is paid for by the City and FREE to the employee and household members.
Cigna HMO members should call Cigna Behavioral Health for providers and coverage at 800-866-6534. BlueCross/BlueShield members should call 602-864-4957. Or call the City's full-time on-site representatives from Cigna and BlueCross/BlueShield.
